Shipping and Returns
Details offer FREE standard freight to all areas in Australia as long as the items value exceed $180 and the item is of a full ticket price. Purchases under $180 will attract a flat fee of $6. We use Australia Post as well as Star Track Express to offer you the fastest and most efficient delivery possible.
* Due To the high demand of postal services because of (COVID- 19) we are offering free home delivery in Adelaide (ONLY), postal address must be within a 30km radius of the city centre.
In the case of Standard shipping, please expect your order within 4-6 working days to metropolitan areas . For the option of upgrade to Express shipping Orders within any metropolitan Australia area should be received within 24-48 hours from time of dispatch and regional areas between 2-5 days from time of dispatch.

Parcels will be delivered between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. To guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm. Please note our offer of free shipping does not extend to customers using credit notes.
Please allow 24 hours for all orders, including Express, to be processed. During sale and peak periods and orders placed on public holidays, please allow 48 hours for your order to be processed. Orders placed on December 24th, 25th, 31st and January 1st and all other public holidays will be shipped the next business day.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, this will allow you to see how close you are to receiving your package.
Please notify us of your intention to return any item within 36 hours of delivery via email to email@example.com for instructions and authorization BEFORE POSTING to return item.

We are able to offer an exchange in size and colour and are happy to exchange the item for a credit voucher if the item is deemed inappropriate. The voucher (credit note) can be used online or in store.
We are unable to offer a refund unless the claim is in accordance with the fair trade practices act. If you believe the item/s you have received are faulty or you are in accordance with Fair Trade Practices please email firstname.lastname@example.org As accordance with our terms and conditions, we must receive them item back to the return address before we can offer a full refund.
