Before we dispatch your order, we personally inspect your items and carefully pack them to ensure they leave and arrive in perfect condition. In the event that your goods are not in a satisfactory condition please notify our Details team immediately. At email@example.com and we will instruct you on further directions.
We will happily exchange your purchase if the item has not been used or damaged in anyway. Please ensure all original swing tags are intact. Exchanges are subject to availability and also need confirmation from our dispatch department with the issue of an authorization number. This has to be done within 7 days of receiving your goods. Please see contact details for Return Authorisation.
*please note we are only able to offer a refund or exchange in accordance with the fair trade practises act. (Which states if the item is faulty the customer is entitled to a refund.)
For all other purchases, please notify us of your intention to return any item within 48 hours of delivery via email. All claims need an authorisation number from our dispatch team in order for your claim to be processed. We are able to offer an exchange in colour or style and are happy to exchange the item for a credit voucher if the item is deemed inappropriate. We are unable to offer a refund unless the claim is in accordance with the fair trade practices act. The item is then recognised as faulty and incurs a full refund.
